Why are my converted leads not showing in my member's list?

If a lead is showing as converted but is not in your members list, it means another member has already locked that person under them.

The RPM system operates on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning if someone else has that person under them, they are locked and cannot be moved.

This also means that any members you refer are cookied to you for life. Whether they make a purchase in 10 days or 10 years, you will receive the commission!
